Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Digital Funnels affiliate and partner program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Program Overview

The Program lets approved partners refer prospects to Digital Funnels and earn commissions for qualified referrals that become paying customers. Program details (commission rates, eligible services, and payout methods) are provided in your partner agreement or portal profile.

Eligibility & Enrollment

• Participation is by application and approval only.
• You must provide accurate business and tax information (W-9/W-8 as required).
• We may decline or revoke participation at our discretion.

Referral Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked through partner links (including `/out/[slug]` URLs) and associated UTM or campaign parameters. We use a 90-day cookie window and last-touch attribution, with deduplication by email and company domain.

• Referrals must be new to Digital Funnels and not already in active sales cycles.
• Attribution may be overridden if fraud, self-referrals, or policy violations are detected.
• We maintain the final authority to determine referral eligibility.

Commissions

Commissions are defined in your partner agreement or portal profile. "Lifetime" commissions apply only while the referred customer remains active and in good standing, and may be limited to specific products or services.

• Refunds, chargebacks, and canceled services may reduce or reverse commissions.
• We may adjust commissions if pricing changes, scopes shift, or contracts are amended.

Payment Terms

Payouts are issued monthly once the minimum threshold is met (currently $50). Payments are typically processed by the 15th of the following month through Stripe Connect or PartnerStack.

• Tax forms (W-9/W-8) are required before the first payout.
• We may withhold payouts to investigate suspected fraud or policy violations.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions received.

Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote Digital Funnels in a lawful, transparent, and ethical manner. All promotions must comply with FTC disclosure rules and applicable marketing laws.

• Disclose affiliate relationships clearly in posts, ads, and emails.
• No false claims, misleading pricing, or unauthorized guarantees.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk email, or deceptive advertising.
• No bidding on Digital Funnels trademarks or brand terms without written approval.

Prohibited Activities

• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation.
• Self-referrals or referrals from your own company without disclosure and approval.
• Publishing Digital Funnels content or logos without permission.

Brand & IP

We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved Digital Funnels brand assets solely to promote the Program. You may not register domains or social profiles that include our trademarks.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all promotional use of our brand assets must stop. Earned commissions remain payable unless withheld for fraud or breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
