Usage beyond the monthly allowance
Need more? Add minutes, texts or numbers at any time — they are billed in packs. The monthly plan is the starting purchase.

Terms. Monthly plans run month to month — cancel at the end of any billing month, with a 14-day refund on the first payment. Sold on its own or with any managed plan; usage packs are added automatically when an allowance runs out.

Will callers hear a recording notice?
Yes. Recording includes a spoken consent notice, as stated in the service scope.
Can we keep our current phone number?
Calls forward to your existing business line. Porting that number is available on request and is not included in the plan.
When can we start texting?
Calls and recording work the same day the numbers are assigned. Two-way texting starts after the carrier business-messaging registration for your business is approved, which usually takes a few weeks and is handled by us.
