Digital Funnels uses a limited set of vetted service providers to operate the Services. We publish the processing categories and purposes that customers need to understand without exposing internal architecture or security-sensitive implementation details.
Provider categories
Cloud infrastructure
Secure application hosting, content delivery, encrypted storage, backups, and service monitoring.
Primary cloud provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Payments
Checkout, subscription billing, payment processing, fraud prevention, and payout administration.
Communications
Transactional email, service notifications, customer-authorized messaging, and support delivery.
AI processing
Generating requested scans, reports, and assistant responses from the minimum information required for the feature.
Business-data integrations
Customer-authorized business, listing, advertising, accounting, and performance-data connections.
Security and analytics
Bot protection, consented measurement, error detection, and security-event monitoring.
AI and sensitive data
We use business-grade provider configurations where available, minimize the information sent to each feature, and apply the data-handling rules described in our Privacy Policy. Regulated or sensitive information is processed only under an approved service scope and applicable agreement.
Customer-authorized integrations
Providers connected by a customer are used only after authorization and only for the requested workflow. We do not request or store a connected provider's account password.
Due diligence and transfers
We review providers for appropriate security and data-protection commitments. Where applicable, processing is governed by commercial data-processing terms and transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or recognized data-privacy frameworks.
Detailed list for customers
Contracted customers and qualified prospects may request the current provider register, locations, processing purposes, and applicable safeguards as part of security review or a Data Processing Agreement. This keeps the legal record available to the parties who need it without publishing our complete technical stack.
Updates and questions
We may add or replace providers as the Services evolve. Material changes affecting contracted processing will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement or law. Requests can be sent to privacy@digitalfunnels.com.
