Common questions
Do you handle patient records or portals?
No. Our release offer is marketing automation only. We don't route patient records, portals or protected health information through the general AI path — those are handled by your staff.
Can you prove HIPAA compliance?
As a matter of practice we keep PHI out of the general AI path, and we require a HIPAA-ready arrangement and signed BAA before any workflow that would touch PHI. We won't claim blanket HIPAA compliance for a workflow we haven't verified with your practice and counsel.
Is my specialty a fit?
If your need is local visibility, reputation and general booking response, yes. If it requires clinical content or patient-data processing, that's outside this release offer — we'll tell you honestly.
